Okay I am new to this forum but not to the software, but I am very suprirsed that, as far as I can see, there is no option for this to launch on start up in the background without needing to open the application, meaning I have to select "Show/Hide" everytime I start up my PC!
I just want to startup and it be there down there in the icon tray without it opening the application! Can this be added in please?

You can do that.
Options --> Settings --> Display --> Start Core Temp minimized.
