How to use core temp?

It says its easy to use, but there are no instructions for core temp, and I'm stuck.
What temperature should I be looking at?
Is it the min or max column, or the left hand column? Why are there 4 columns? Why are there no instructions?

I am new at the forum and just installed core temp on my device. Not really sure about the accuracy of the readings that Core Temp displays. Being a novice I am really confused with the program.
