more cores in a tray icon

Could you consider adding an option to bundle temperatures of 4 cores into a single icon using a smaller font? It would be helpful with CPUs that have many cores...

If it would be too small, maybe displaying only tens digit would be sufficient...

Go to Options --> Settings --> Notification area, there you can configure the icons however you want, including grouping the temperature into a single value per CPU.

Well, I would like to have temperature for each core. But with, 8 or more cores, that's too many tray icons. My idea was to pack 4 core temperatures into a single tray icon.

To be honest, I really don't see a point in that.
Grouping cores on the same CPU makes little sense to me.
Core Temp can display the highest temperature in the CPU or simply a temperature per core.
This feature was useful early on when CPUs had 2-4 cores, I don't see much sense in per-core temps in the tray anymore.
Personally I switched to display highest temp, load, frequency, mem usage and power for my machines. That way I have 4-5 icons and this config is very consistent across all my PCs.
