Please provide a link to an official Intel document or webpage which states that the Maximum Tjunction for a Q6600 rev G0 is 100C.

It's all guess work at this point, bwm. Some of the unofficial responses to this from Intel include the fact that there are too many stepping changes (that is sub steppings) that aren't published and maintaining a list would be too difficult/confusing for software devs.
Total BS if you asked me.
