temperature does not update

hi, temperature not work well, temperature is read just at windows startup or windows restart after system suspension.Not much useful.

So the temperature just stops updating and stays at 31C (in the example you attached)?
Could you post a screenshot of the problem?

yes, correct, temperature stays at a fixed level, the first one after windows start or restart after suspend (the only time when temp is updated), temp does not change also also closing and re-opening core-temp.
(don't know how to post screenshots, screenshots on doc and rtf files are not allowed ).

You don't have to upload DOC or RTF, just go to the Tools menu and click on Screenshot, and upload the resulting PNG file.
Now on to the issue; Download Prime95 from here: http://www.mersenne.info/gimps/p95v279.win64.zip
Extract it, run it, press 'Just stress testing', select the second option 'In-place large FFTs' and press OK. (another way of getting there is 'Options' --> 'Torture test').
Let it run for a few minutes and watch the temperatures. See if they start going up.
The problem you're describing really looks more like a problem with the processors DTS rather than a problem with Core Temp.

hi, I did torture test you suggested, this is screenshot after few minutes:

as you can see temperature shown by core-temp does not change.

On the other hand I believe processor digital thermal sensors does not have any problem since cpu temperature really increased a lot, and this can be viewed just putting system in stand-by (suspension with cpu power down), then reopen the system (i.e. just closing and re-opening laptop cover), here is screenshot after this operation:

Hope this SW problem (win7 DTS drivers?) can be solved.

Alright, I see now.
The easiest way for you to test whether it's a problem with Core Temp or your CPU is to try another application, such as HWMonitor.
There will be an entry with 2 cores which represent the core temps, do the same test with that program. If it has the same problem it's probably the CPU that has the issue. On the other hand, if it does work correctly, please let me know.
