I don't know what you did to the RC3 version but it doesn't report the proper frequency on this APU, however the RC2 does?! Just wanted to let you know I had to downgrade to the RC2 it's fine now.

It is a new bug in RC3, the frequency is doubled (the bus speed) on APUs.
It'll be corrected in the next release.
