I am currently running my E4300 at 3.1Ghz, overvolted at 1.4V
At idle, CoreTemp is showing, 16c (61F). That is about the same as the ambient temp. Is there any way this can be accurate?
Can E4300 temps be correct?

That is inaccurate, its fixed in the next version. For now just add 15C to the temps you see in Core Temp, so 16C should be read as 31C
