Even with the 15* offset my temperatures are way off. Also, the temp readings from each core are always exactly the same as each other no matter what. The second thing doesn't affect me since I'm only going to watch the highest temp, I just wanted to bring it to your attention.

I have had a couple of reports that the readings do drop to 0C when the processor is in an idle state.
Try to run Prime95 or something to put a heavy load on the CPU and see if the temperature starts working again.
