i have an asus a8n5x moederbord am there here someone whom experience with this moederbord has had/this way jah obtained you good oc results?

That is a very good result you have with that mobo CPU combo, 2.85GHz is a great OC.
What is your specific question?

I don't think that a new motherboard will allow an overclock that will be worth the extra expense.
You might get more out of it with a great OC motherboard like DFI NF4 LanParty or similar, but not enough to justify the $$$ extra spent on it.
