BSOD when coretemp 0.95 starts

Hi, sorry for my english, I'm french.
I got blue screen of death when I launch coretemp 0.95, systematically.
version 0.94 works fine but I'd like to have the new features of the 0.95 like temps displayed in systray :).

my system setup:
AMD opteron 170 dual core s939
dfi lanpaerty nf4 ultra D
windows xp pro SP2
no other monitoring software running.
