When I click on my desktop icon for CT I get a small display window showing the model and frequency details filled in. The rest show all temperatures for Processor #0 as being 0degreesC. Have tried restarting but still the same. Any suggestions welcomed.

Unfortunately Pentium 4 based processors are not natively supported by Core Temp because the CPU doesn't include the built in thermal sensors Core Temp uses to read temperature.
This is the reason why you see 0C or 32F, as Core Temp is unable to get a reading from the chip.
