You my friend have a failed dual core chip with one of the cores disabled..

Quite a few people have a similar chip over at overclockers.co.uk

Just FYI. Running the CPU at 10.5 multiplier makes it use the next integer memory divider, so in reality your memory is running at 245MHz.
2700/11 = 245.45MHz
Main rig:
AMD Ryzen 9 5950X (True Spirit 140 Direct) / Mobo: Asrock Fatal1ty X470 / EVO 970 500GB + WD Blue 250GB + HDD / GPU: Dell RX 570 4GB / Mem: 2x16GB DDR4-3200 G.Skill 32GTZKW TridentZ - 32GB total / PSU: Seasonic Prime Ultra Gold 650W

At 1.6V, this runs perfectly stable but the CPU temp according to SmartGuardian is 53C. Am I pushing too close to the thermal limit, should the 55C in TCaseMax be an absolute for me?

Thanks
CM
