tjmax/tcasemax

Postby trevstaff » Fri Aug 20, 2010 6:10 pm

The field above my core temps is blank, but reads tcasemax. The screen shot on the home page shows this field as tjmax. Do I have to enter something to have this field active?

Some AMD processors do not report a TCaseMax value, so that field is blank on them. Only some socket 939 processors report TCaseMax and the newer Phenom based CPUs report TjMax.
Only Intel processors have a defined TjMax for all of the CPUs.
