auto start xpe

Post by JP2010 »

Hi

Firstly thanks for a great tool, i have been using it to scope a problem on multiable machine's i use a generic .ini file so all the settings are the same and launch with psexec.

My question is can i get core temp to start with windows on multiable machine by using the .ini file ? i can write a script but i dont want to make it messy.

I belive it is controlled by the following lines

SPX=1C6;
SPY=CF;

however the value's change on different terminals although the os is identical thus no auto start after daily reboot.

To summaraise the question can i work around this using .ini file?

Thanks in advance

Jonathan

SPX and SPY indicate Core Temp's window position, and doesn't have to do with auto run.
The problem lays in Windows. To get a program to startup automatically you need to either add a shortcut to the startup folder or add a registry value.
Core Temp adds a registry value when you tick the "Start Core Temp with Windows" checkbox.
I don't see a way to generalize it using the ini file.
