hi. i have core temp 0.99.4 and there is a "Tj. Max", can someone tell me what it mean? i poorly write/read in english, so please about simply answer

Hi and welcome :)

Tj.Max is the maximum temperature that Intel rated your CPU for.
If the core temps reach TjMax, you need to improve CPU cooling.

i think it will be not a short topic.
can you link there to some advices for O\C of my CPU.
for example- whats the max optimal temperature of CPU.
anterior text was writing in my shool because i wanted to get respect at friends^^
I think i can look around the forum, and check it on my self.
