feature request: alarm
I think it would be useful to be able to configure coretemp to give a warning or something if it hits a certain, user-defined temperature. so, say i don't want any of my cores going above 65C, i could tell coretemp to warn me if this happens, maybe even shut the computer down for me. this would be useful if the computer is left on when nobody is around, or running a fullscreen application.

The current alarm isn't a very efficient one.
This is currently kind of a low priority, but I hope I'll manage to get something in there for the next major release.

This would offer plenty of flexibility (one could send mails, shut down the computer etc.) and should be pretty easy to implement.
Best regards,
