i'm downloaded the .NET Framework 2.0 demo project an run it in MSVC# 2008 express edition.
Opened the console window, show the follow:

Core Temp shared memory reader:
Core Temp isn't running or does not support shared memory.
Internal error name: CoreTemp_Not_Found
Internal error name: 2
Internal error message: Core Temp isn't running or does not suppport shared memory.

Thank you for your help.

Don't think it's possible with .Net...
You need a kernel mode driver to access the CPU.
Main rig:
AMD Ryzen 9 5950X (True Spirit 140 Direct) / Mobo: Asrock Fatal1ty X470 / EVO 970 500GB + WD Blue 250GB + HDD / GPU: Dell RX 570 4GB / Mem: 2x16GB DDR4-3200 G.Skill 32GTZKW TridentZ - 32GB total / PSU: Seasonic Prime Ultra Gold 650W
