Anyway to have core temp running directly when vista starts? it is always blocked for me and i have to run it manually.

As The Coolest says in that thread, UAC must be disabled or you have to create a scheduled task giving full permissions to Core Temp in order to run it on startup.
I myself can run Core Temp on system startup on Vista, but I have UAC disabled.

Just follow the directions in the article and in the Trigger tab add a new trigger and select on system startup. And there you go
