hello
coretemp isn`t able to start after update app.

The same error in version 1.10.1.

I have the same problem on HP 17-g121wm runnning Windows 10 1703 15063.502. Tried Core Temp 1.10.1 and same issue. Went back to 1.9.

Please attach a register dump (Tools menu) from an earlier version that works. Or at the very least state what CPU you are using.
You can download 1.8.1 on the home page if you click on 'More downloads' below the main download link. I'll have 1.9 back up sometime soon as well.

Version 1.10.2 is now out, it fixes this problem.

I can confirm that Core Temp 1.10.2 does indeed fix this issue on my HP 17-g121wm laptop in Windows 10 15063.502. Thank you for the update.
