How Do I remove CoreTemp?

How do I remove CoreTemp from my system...it's not listed in the Add/Remove programs and I can find no information on how to remove it.

Actually I may keep it now. I thought it was not working on my system as I was getting temps of 63Â°C at idle, but once I unchecked "Show Delta to Tjunction max temp" in "Settings" (not sure what that is) readings were normal...well I guess they're normal. Is 36Â°C at idle normal?

Delta to TjMax shows you the temperature delta in Â°C from the maximum thermal spec.
So 63C idle is a very high temp.

You need to make sure your CPU cooler is working properly, clean of dust. Maybe a bad mount or have you overclocked/overvolted too high?
If you're overclocking I hope that you're not using the stock cooler...

I have overclocked and it is the stock cooler but did not change voltage...I'll set defaults and upgrade cooler. This is my first attempt at OC'ing and I thought everything was OK going by the core temp average reading of 37Â°C. Any recommendations for a cooler? The XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 has received good reviews...comments?

I'm no expert in cooling, but the stock cooler will give you bad results.
When you're using the Delta to Tj Max option in Core Temp, the higher the temp (it's not actual temperature, it's the delta to maximum temp) the better.

I personally have a Tuniq Tower-120. It's great, very quiet and cools very well.
