CoreTemp vs Real Temp

Post by BIOHazard87 »

CoreTemp 0.99 detects 10C higher than Real Temp 2.5-- I have read around a bit on this issue, on the Real Temp topic @ XS apparently Real Temp is more correct over CoreTemp but I wanted to ask why wouldnt you guys adjust whatever needs to be changed to correct the temperatures on 45nm CPU's? I have a E8200, Real Temp detects 45c idle, CoreTemp detects 55c. Thanks
