How long does the Prime95 self-test take?
Mine has been testing for more than an hour. Is that normal?

That is normal.
Usually when you want to test your overclock and make sure it's fully stable, a 24 hour run of Prime95 on SmallFFTs is recommended along with other stability tests. (not at the same time, of course) Member of our O/C Folding @ Home team
