Tj max is showing different number all of a sudden. Help

hi I have a FX 8350 the TJ Maxx in core temp always said 90 Celsius. yesterday I upgraded my motherboard but I am still using the same fx 8350. now the TJ Maxx is lowered saying 80 Celsius does anyone know why it is lowered even though I'm using the same CPU as I was before.

I was under the impression that this value is programmed into the CPU during the manufacturing\testing process, but it is possible that this register is being overwritten by the BIOS during the POST routine.
Another possibility is this value being stored in the processor's microcode, and a different motherboard may have a new\different version of the microcode (µcode) for your processor, resulting in a different TjMax value on the new board.
