AMD FX-8350 inconsistent freq. #0 readings

I am running version 0.99.8. Freq 0 goes back and forth between 1404.57MHz (200.65 x 7.0) and 4113.38MHz (200.65 x 20.5). freq #1-7 read a constant 4133.38MHz (200.65 x 20.5). This is a new cpu and while I am not having any performance issues I am concerned that there may be an issue. CPU has never been overclocked. Running Windows 7 64 bit, my MB is an asus sabertooth 990fx. I also noticed while searching for my issue a user with the same processor had an image capture posted of core temp and in the platform type it listed vischera, while may is blank. If I am posting this in the wrong place, did not search the forum thoroughly, or did not provide the correct information I apologize. Thanks!
