Maximum temperatures

In the Options/Settings box the first two items are Temp. read interval and Temp. log interval. I assume that these are instantaneous values, that is, the value at the end of the listed interval. What most of us care about I think is maximum temperatures, so it would be nice to have the maximum temperature in the interval rather than the instantaneous one at the end of the interval. So if the Temp. read interval were 10 seconds, the value logged would be the maximum seen during the previous 10 seconds. And if Temp. read interval were 1 second, the value shown would be the max during the previous second.

The interval is the amount of time between readings and logging to a text file.
Your post doesn't really make any sense to me.

There is currently a bug where you can't edit those fields, you can't enter values from the keyboard, but you can paste new values (if you copy them clipboard, Ctrl+C from somewhere else).
