I am just curious whether will be support for Core m3 or not and when if it would be...

Could you please post a screenshot and a register dump from the currently available version?

Help me please, how can I make a register dump ... (Coretemp does not start with this hw)

Thanks.
The latest Core Temp version already supports this CPU.
Once the driver signature is updated, and you can run the new version it'll work for you.
