[feature request] Growl for windows notifications

Some of the features requested in this section (like Remote monitoring) can be satisfied by a plugin sending notifications to Growl for Windows (http://www.growlforwindows.com)

CoreTemp does what it knows better (Core Temp Monitoring) and let this Growl for Windows app take care of the notifications just like a PR service .
In the same time the notification module might be moved out of the main CoreTemp kernel.

So, my proposal is to ask somebody to implement this plugin and in the same time provide him/her with an API to finish his/her job.
