CPU Frequency in System Tray II

Postby NoBugsOnMe » Thu Feb 10, 2011 11:27 pm

Hi,

Currently there's no way to see each core frequency in system tray. Please, make it possible.

I strongly suggest implementing a kind of floating applet for that, because for e.g. 8 cores systems (which are coming in 2011-2012), showing every core frequency in system tray is an overkill and will waste too much space.

As you said, there's no point in having 2 - 8 frequency readings in the system tray.
Core Temp displays the highest frequency at from all the cores.
I will think what can be done, but I don't think that this feature really requires expansion. Maybe sometime later.
