Add support for NUMA systems

Please improve detection engine to become NUMA-aware so as to enumerate all processors/sockets across all ACPI processing nodes.

I looked into it not a long time ago, but I don't have access to a NUMA capable machine to use for development.
Adding support for NUMA is in the plans, but there is no ETA on that.

I am happy to provide a test bed for beta testing activities. I can also elect some others with NUMA systems to help as well.
