Core Temp Shared Memory

Post by kenshin2k »

Hy there,

i am well aware of the feature of coretemp, to use it via the dll and an running instance in your own application.
But i dont find any license aspects. What if i use it in an commercial networking software.

Does anyone know something about that issue?

thank you in advance :)

I apologize for not getting back to you any sooner.

For the DLL to work you must have Core Temp running on the same system.
The latest Core Temp version now includes a EULA. In short, you can't distribute Core Temp as a commercial software nor bundled with other software.
If you want to discuss some kind of an agreement for a permission to also include Core Temp in your solution, then shoot me a PM and we can talk.
The DLLs don't have a specific license, they're free to use and are provided as-is.
