My laptop haa a toxix smell. My idle temperture is at 58C on all cores at idle. The smell is strong that it gives me headaches. Checked fan and it is clean and running. I would appreciate any help on this, thanks.

58C isn't a high enough temperature for plastics in your laptop to start melting/producing toxic fumes. They are supposed to be designed to withstand 100C at the CPU at least with ease.
I would recommend you to contact the laptop manufacturer or dealer.
