Updating question Ver 1.0 RC5

I have version 1.0 RC4 and wish to update to RC5. Do i need to uninstall RC4 before installing RC5?

Ok...
so is there some obvious place with all that sort of information that i have missed? Perhaps someone could be kind enough to link me to it?

You can just install Core Temp on top of the old version.
Just in case you have an AMD FX based system I recommend staying with RC4, as RC5 has a bug with a small percentage of FX systems.
