I am fairly new to this software. I posted a screenshot of the software running while my PC sits idle.
Are these temps OK. ?

Those temperatures look great.
You should start worrying about better cooling when the temperature goes over 85C.

When an Intel laptop CPU/APU gets to ~85C it's starting to operate at a temp higher than the designed normal operating range. From approx. 85C upwards the CPU/APU is progressing from hot to very hot to too hot when it reaches TjMax. TjMax is where the CPU/APU is so hot that the CPU/APU starts to throttle itself so it doesn't burn up - literally. You never want to be at TjMax. 85C is approaching the 101C TjMax so anything above ~85C would be considered running hot but not at the point where throttling or damage can occur. AMD laptop chips run a little cooler than Intel so maybe ~75C would be considered starting to run hotter than normal.

How about an Intel desktop CPU? My Intel box cooler seems to be having a very hard time cooling the 3770K when Folding (Folding@Home) (I even turned off Inter Turbo in the BIOS).

Intel CPU Tcase temps run hotter than AMD models by as much as 30C in some cases. The Tcase temp for the 3770 is 67C. (See link below).

Folding can use 100% of the CPU continuously thus you need good cooling because few people ever use 100% CPU power continuously other than for folding, Prime or stress testing. If you are running above 67C and your HSF is clean with proper contact and thermal grease, then you need a better cooler for what you are doing and/or more airflow thru your PC case.

You may also be able to adjust how much CPU load percentage that "folding" uses? You can do this in Prime but I don't know about "folding".
