Windows Server 2008 R2 and Remote Server plugin

I have loaded the Temp program on Server 2008 R2 64bit and it will only run without the Server Option in the plugins folder? If i put the server program in it fails to run? What can i do to monitor this remotly?

You have to enable .Net 3.5 or install .Net 4.0 on your server OS for the remote server plugin to work.
