Big difference in temps between cores

Why is core-0 running hotter than core-1? As you can see the load on core-1 is actually considerably higher. Is this normal? CPU details in the screenshot.

Yes, this is normal in AMD processors.
You can you use the Options --> Offsets option to adjust the temperature of the second code to make them closer together.

Thanks. So is there an actual temperature difference of ~7C between the cores, or is the temperature reported incorrect - and if so, which one is the correct temperature?

My assumption is that calibration is not that good on the K8 chips.
What I do know is that it's a common sight with these chips and nothing to worry about. Simply pay attention to the higher temperature reading of the two.

Thanks. That's actually what I'm doing, just showing the higher of them in my dock. It's pretty stable at 48-54C depending on load, is that ok long term? I live in the tropics so we always have to keep an eye on electronics not getting too hot.

My A64 X2 in the HTPC has been running at over 60C for well over a year and it's fine.
Less than 60C is no problem.
