Core Temp Gadget is blank

Hi:

With latest versions of Core Temp and Core Temp add-on Gadget, the app runs fine but the gadget shows a blank slate. It's there, but with nothing on it.

W7 64, Core 2 Quad 9550

I've uploaded a newer version of the gadget, could you try it out and let me know what it says?

If you meant to download it from the Core Temp Add Ons page link, I did that and uninstalled the existing gadget first. Then installed the one I downloaded and still nothing. I'm running Core Temp 64 0.99.5

All's good once again with the Core Temp Gadget. Here's what happened.

I have been struggling for days with Adobe's new CS5 software; it would not install. One of the fixes suggested by Adobe support was to remove all 2005 versions of Microsoft Visual C++, as they were thought to be a culprit in blocking Adobe's installer. (As it turned out in my case, they were not.) IIRC, it was after I removed those files that Core Temp Gadget went blank.

I reinstalled W7 and found a fix to the Adobe installer snafu and now Core Temp Gadget is happily purring away reporting on the status of my Q9550.
