I just put together a system with the Intel i3 530. The temps being reported in CoreTemp 0.99.5 (32 bit) are definitely wrong. It lists 82C and 2704F at idle.
I am using the onboard video as this is an HTPC. I have verified the correct readings should be around 30C - 35C by checking the BIOS right after a restart and through the ASRock OC Tuner application. Both of these are within a few degrees C.
The motherboard is an ASRock H55M Pro.
Do you have an update to fix this issue?

Re: i3 CPU Temps Wrong
Oh I see what you mean now.
Right now you're simply seeing the distance to TjMax (the highest temp suggested by Intel), so basically the higher the better
I'll hurry up and try to release the newest version ASAP.
Thanks

Did you have any luck fixing the i3 issue?
Do you need anything else from me to help fix it?
