Coretemp 9.5.27 on a Win7HP 32 bit Gateway desktop.

This is how it looks after running Microsoft
Links 2003 golf sim. Somehow Links fixes Coretemps font. I guess wen the game runs it makes some adjustments to the video
output. I run 32 bit color. The game runs in fullscreen. Can I fix the font without having to run Links...make it a little bigger maybe?
I have Reshacker. Anyway it's not that big of a deal.

It looks like there's a problem with the DPI setting and the physical size of the system tray, as in the DPI setting not affecting it.
It makes Core Temp draw a larger icon, but since the system tray can't accommodate it, the icon gets scaled down and looks "broken".

Wow thanks for posting, I'd given up on this thread....almost. Yep, I changed the DPI setting from 105% to 100% and that fixed the issue.
Thanks.

Glad to see that you found the cause for this problem. Thanks for the update.

Sorry to dig up an old thread.

I enjoy using Core Temp to monitor CPU temperatures. With the plugins, it's a really tools.
I do recommend adding GPU temp / Core frequency / Memory frequency / Shader frequency / GPU load / Memory load / Video load monitor functions. :mrgreen:

I was having the same issue with Core Temp 64 bit version 0.99.8 on Win 7 64 bit SP1 patched. My DPI is @ 125%.
I tried to modify the CoreTemp.ini found in the Core Temp folder. It works - sort of - as long as you don't make any change via Core Temp, or it will revert back to Tahoma / 8 point.

I installed v1.0 RC3 and it seems to solve the issue with the font name / size. I am sorry to report it failed to memorize font style. I tried the above trick but it did not trick CT to use the bold font.
The line I added was:
SystrayFontBold=True;
and
SystrayFontStyle=Bold;

Cheers, Jeff

This is not a failure, it is by design. You can't make a font bold or italic, etc.
