Postby DottzPG » Sat Jul 16, 2016 10:16 am

Hi i Just downloade and used Core Temp for first time on an AMD Kaveri A8-7600 , and i'm not sure that the readings are good.

I must mention i have as CPU Cooler a H60 Corsair, and wanted to check the temps, because is first time having a Liquid Cooler.

So my Question Is.

Are this the reall readings?

How does one determine reasonable offsets?

Postby DrHow » Thu Jul 28, 2016 7:44 pm

I finally (after a great many months) installed an update, the latest. The reported temperatures dropped drastically, to absurd levels well below ambient. E.g., 12C. So I just arbitrarily set all the offsets to 30. Things look more nearly normal; but I had no rational basis for the offset I chose. Is there a right way to do this? The processor is an AMD A10-5700.
