Full ram usage on RC6

hi there,
i have a huge problem with coretemp 1 RC6
when i start windows,it works fine,but by the time i restart the windows,the ram usage of the program goes up to 100%
i checked this one in task manager,and the thing i just can do is to end process of the app!
and the actual problem is that when i start it again,the same problem is still there!
and sometimes it happens when i turn the PC on! from the first run!
any suggestion?
