Core Temp reading wrong power value (too high)

Here is a screenshot of coretemp reading 437watt draw on my 4770k @ 4.4ghz @ 1.325v. There is no way this is accurate, I've seen other readings up near 650watts on this same processor settings.

Core Temp's priority is set to 'Below Normal'. Sometimes at very high loads this makes Core Temp display strange readings.
Try to go into the Task Manager right click the Core Temp process and change the priority level to Normal or Above Normal, and see if it makes a difference at high load.
