The larger the font, the farther down the taskbar it goes

For each point that you make the temperature display font larger, the farther down the taskbar it gets pushed. I'd love to have a larger font, yet still have it centered.

[The Coolest]

This is by design. When the font is too big, it doesn't fit into the icon.
The text remains centered on the X axis and is always at a preset Y axis (top-most).
