Temperature is still detected as 12 degrees too low, Processor has changed from "AMD Processor (ES)" to "AMD Processor BE" (With both spaces. Wtf?) TDP is still detected as 26.8W, TJmax is incorrectly reported as 90. Rather than the 75 that I have found it to be. (CPUID is 0x600F12, for refrence. On a Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 with F6f beta bios)
However; The G13 applet still works, and it still detects the temperatures, so I'll not do more than grumble slightly over how awesomely useful it is, despite those bugs.

Re: False Information on AMD FX 8120
Thanks for the feedback.
Could you please provide a register dump (Tools menu) so this problem can be fixed?
Temperature, as stated in the FAQ, usually comes at a 10-15c offset, as in all of the AMD processors starting with Phenom.
TjMax is a rating programmed into the CPU by AMD at the factory, so it can't be wrong.

If it can't be wrong; How can it change? Before RC3; It showed up as 75 half the time, and 90 the other half.
CoreTemp Dump included, I hope it helps.

Not sure then, maybe on Bulldozer this value is somehow variable depending on current load/frequency/voltage.
Core Temp only reads this value once at startup, or when you press F5 for refresh.
Regarding the recognition bug, I have dealt with it, and it should not occur in the next version. It will also take care of the TDP issue as well.

Re: False Information on AMD FX 8120
Sweet. Good to hear it. I'll keep poking around, see if I can't get it to recreate the TjMax glitch. Then try and isolate the reason behind it.
Ah! I've just found an interesting Tidbit; If I start AMD OverDrive, which I use to set the Offset by (As it's the only thing I've found that shows true temperature); TjMax Changes to 70. That might actually just be a quirk in Bulldozer, though.

Re: False Information on AMD FX 8120
this same thing is happening with 8150s so I am sending a core dump as well my 8150 is a b2 stepping and the temp is reading more then 25c off nearest I can tell but it varies a lot if I set the offset by 25 degrees by the time it gets to like 46 core temp is saying almost 60

Re: False Information on AMD FX 8120
Similar issues, again with an 8150. My reported temps are not just offset wrong though as they vary by 10 or more degrees over seconds, constantly fluctuating when the real temp is stable.
Away from PC atm but I'll post a dump tomorrow.
EDIT: Dump attached.
