Problems on Limited Access User Accounts

Post by odelolmo1 »

I've recently installed the core temp monitor program on my account, and have no problems with it what so ever, on the administrator account.
I share my computer with the rest of my family, and have my user account blocked off from everyone else, but me. I've noticed that on the other user's account, the core temp monitor program does not work. I get a constant 0 C

I've attached the screen shot of the app. Any idea, I can bypass the limited user settings to get this program to run on the other accounts?

Core Temp can only properly run on accounts with administrator permissions, this is a limitation of a few different things. One of which, in this case specifically is that there is a global mutex, Core Temp can only open it in admin mode.
