I found out why?

All CPU Meter
With Cores Temperatures
Gadget Version: 3.7
Last updated: 06/22/2011

http://addgadget.com/all_cpu_meter/

Download Now (.zip) Version 3.7

if processor clock frequenc is on- then you log off+on or restart pc.. core temp clock info goes mad.... but the all cpu meter tell you (processor clock frequency) .. when off it just says fix clock (ie 3.4ghz(2600k)-all cpu that tells you the clock works, but screws up..core temp

this program also uses core temps cpu temperature in it (if core temp running)..

I must of turn that option on in that software
