Ct 1.0 install

Hi , just tried to install this from the home page , the auto-installer just bombs out and the standalone downloads are .99.8 , are you still setting up and i arrived too early or am i doing something wrong ?

Can you say what's wrong with the Installer?
The standalones will be updated shortly

basically it comes up with

this installation failed to load required resources , try cleaning ie temp files and retry .

error test : failed to initialize dialog .

i'm running win 7 ult 64 using ie 9 , fully uptodate if that helps
