Wrong Freq. at Intel Core 2 Duo T5600 Meron

Post by stealb »

Hello I have a Intel Core 2 Duo T5600 Meron
Core Temp shows frequency values that are uncommon.
At IDLE CPU-Z shows 997.6MHz/166,3x6 and working 1828,8Mhz/166,2x11
Core Temp 0.99.8 show at IDLE 166,24x9,5 or 166,24x9,0 166,24x8,5 or 166,24x8 (togglinh between these values). I think this readings are wrong! Working value is the same like CPU-Z

Croe Temp uses a different algorithm to other applications, it monitors the active cycles of the processor, and calculates the resulting frequency.
Main rig:
AMD Ryzen 9 5950X (True Spirit 140 Direct) / Mobo: Asrock Fatal1ty X470 / EVO 970 500GB + WD Blue 250GB + HDD / GPU: Dell RX 570 4GB / Mem: 2x16GB DDR4-3200 G.Skill 32GTZKW TridentZ - 32GB total / PSU: Seasonic Prime Ultra Gold 650W
