Windows 7 Service Pack 1

Post by joshua dean »

Hi,

I had core temp running perfectly on my pc. After Windows 7 SP1 install, core temp no longer shows in the notification area. When I tell Windows to always show icon and notifications, it says that core temp is not currently running, even though core temp is set to run at logon. I have tried de-selecting and re-selecting all the options with no luck, and I have even reinstalled core temp.

Hi,

I should've come back and updated this a bit quicker.
After a few restarts of my pc, and removing the SP1 backup files, core temp is back working. This happened on both my 32bit and 64bit pc's. I don't know what was happening. It has worked for me now though. :D.

Seems very erratic to me. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
