Core-Temp will not display temperature

Post by Felessen »

This gadget has stopped working for me, it displays no temperature readings. Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
I have tried reinstalling multiple times, I have the latest version released as well.

Alright, it appears that its the same as the other issues, for some odd reason the ACC feature was enabled(even though its unnecessary) and this was not allowing Core-Temp or any other temp-monitoring software to work as intended.

I believe the original poster was referring to a sidebar gadget that works with core temp. The gadget is called All CPU Ver. 3.3. Core temp is supposed to be ran in the background. I have tried disabling the ACC function and installing/reinstalling both applications with no luck. Is there a certain combination of settings needed for core temp to work correctly with this app? I am running W7 Home Premium x64 with an AMD Phenom II x4 965.

Felessen,

I'm glad you resolved the problem. ACC does indeed disable the temperature sensor within the processor.

maurry40,

As I and Felessen have wrote, enabling any core unlocking feature enables ACC, and that causes the processor to not report temperatures back anymore.

Church,

First of all I would like to apologize for not replying sooner.

Have you been able to resolve the issue, or did you give up?
Will you be willing to give it another go, and maybe work with me a little bit to see if this problem can be found and fixed for the next release?
