I have a few questions
1 st : how hot can this cpu get before it over heats?
2 sec : what is the ideal operating temp for it?
Should this system over clock well?

A general rule of thumb for AMD CPUs is to keep them below 60C. That being said, your processor will either have a max operating temp. of 65C or 71C, depending on which minor stepping you received. Just keep it under 60C and you will be fine.

The ideal operating temperature for your CPU would be as low as possible.

It is a revision E6 Toledo core, which typically overclock very well. That is not to say that you are guaranteed to hit 3ghz or higher, but you should be able to get a nice performance boost out of your system, given the hardware you are running.

If you are new to overclocking, I would suggest you spend about a week or two reading as much as you possibly can on the subject, as it is a tedious and time consuming business that can sometimes have dire consequences if you don't know what you are doing. If you wish, you can check out my overclocking guide HERE. It will provide you with the necessary formulas and some basic information about the process. It is no substitute for research and thorough understanding though!
